My Ride: 2008 535i Black Sapphire/Black, Bamboo Anthracite wood trim, Premium Package, Sport Package, Cold Weather Package, Sport AT, Navigation, Power Sun Shade, PDC, Satellite Radio, iPod.
Ordered: 6/22/2008; Born 7/1/2008; Delivered 8/5/2008
Has anyone installed the Borla exhaust on a 530i?
I'm looking to replace the stock exhaust with one that is not too loud but has a nice deep sound to it.
I've heard Borla is a good choice for that. I've read a lot of posts about the B&B, Remus, and some Eisenmann. But what about the Borla?
And how do the various exhausts available for the E60 rate on a scale for loudness and deepness of the sound?
Thanks.

Last I knew, Borla does not have a bolt-on application for the e60.
That would have been my 1st choice (having had other Borla exhausts in the past) but I am Very happy with my B&B

I found this on Borla's site: http://www.borla.com/applications/lookup.a..._System/140113/
It's a Cat-Back system and looks completely bolt-on (install guide attached). No sound clips though. I know Borla usually has the sound i'm looking for, but I don't know about a cat-back exhaust.
What do you guys think?
