boot spoiler unsticking

My Ride: 640D MSPORT GT
just noticed my boot lip spoiler has come unstuck from the double sided tape almost half of the spoiler is loose now after only one month of normal use no excessive pressure jets etc have been used dealer took all day to fit so should have appllied tape correctly as there was no rush job....
will contact them tomorrow regarding refitment.. just wondered if anyone else has had this prioblem.?

When installing my spoiler the other day.... I began by using Light Cut (Mild Abraisive) on the paint of the trunklid. This removes the wax and leaves a clean surface for the tape to adhere.
I figured this was common knowledge....
