Default BMW e61 non-heated sport seats retrofit

I have a BMW e61 530xi with standard power/memory/heated seats and I'm adding sport seats without the heating function, I heard that the seats are all equipped with the heating elements, but the non-heated seats are missing the wiring for it. Does anyone know how to get the heating to work? Please respond asap, winter is coming up.

I have been researching heated seat retrofit and I don't think all seats have the heaters. Some people used to say that, but I think it has been disproven. To get heat you must swap in sport seats from a car that had heated seats.

Thank you, I got the sport seats for $100 so I’m not too mad, I have the drivers in right now, I need to fix the passengers because someone did a hack job on the wiring.
