My Ride: BMW 2004 530i

BMW E60 NAV SAT CCC retrofit

I have a 2004 BMW 530i (Production date 9/2003) with both

S605A
Telematics preparation S639A USA/CDN Preparation f mobile phone cpl. USA/CDN
Does this mean I can just drop in the CCC unit I just purchased or are there additional purchase requirements

Does anyone know a repair facility that can fix CCC units 2004-2008 ? I found a couple in the UK but that is not preferable since I am in US .

Is there an easy way to verify that the UNIT is functioning properly ?

Phone prep has nothing to do with the ccc.
You can have the ccc and no BT.
What is means is that your car is prewired. Which is a good start.
Installing the ccc is very straight forward, unlike previous generation.
Your car being an early one you may have to run an extra wire for the speed signal.
Either way ccc and bluetooth module will require coding aftet installation.
