It looks like the top part pops off and the bottom part is secured with 3 screws to the sheet metal.

It is glued with windscreen glue from the outside of the roof.
You need to cover very carefully around and close by to the antenna area with many layers of adhesive tape and heat the cover (shark fin) from a 30-40 cm distance with a heat-gun to melt the glue (heat until it get a temperature that nearly can't stand touch with your fingers), then take a thin steel string (like the most thinner guitar chord) and run it around (one corner each time) of the antenna cover and drag with both your hands, straight to your direction, until it cuts-thru the glue below the cover.
