I was thinking of getting both these mods for my n52 530i. Would the HP gains be cumulative? Meaning would it be about a 10+10 = 20HP gain? Anyone run with this configuration?

By "RPI" you mean scoop, or some other product?

best intake setup has been the scoop and filter combo. we have the RPI scoops in stock, and also since you have a 530i we also do have our special for the RPI exhausts going on as well if you are interested

Does RPI make an exhaust for the 525XI models as well? I also wan't to know if there are additional gains

I have the same setup on the same car. The gains are nice, although I did my mods one at a time so it gets harder to tell the difference. I do think it's worth it though.

Edit:

Just saw that you meant RPI Exhaust, I only have the air scoop.

I'm not 100% sure that the 10+10=20hp math will apply. Your gains will get diluted a little on either of those mods, but I'd say it should be good for at least 15 horses, maybe more. Of course, it is pure hearsay without a dyno, so your guess really is as good as mine here...

I think they will work well together with an intake as well. The more air in and out the more power. Combined with the extra timing of the Powerbox I think everything will just work better together. Damn this forum ... now I want a freakin exhaust too and there is nothing wrong with my current one!

I'm going in for the RPI exhaust tommorow, and I'm thinking about getting the BMS Power Box soon after. Does anyone have an N52 530i with the Power Box mod done? If so, let me know what you think.
