I was going to do everthing the same colour, gloss black for hood (V shape), roof and trunk.

Then later I will add the real CF trunk finisher, and real CF ACS trunk n roof spoiler.

I wasn't going to use CF vinyl at all.
oh, in that case

I'd ask "why do you still live in Manhattan?" - that's probably more relevant. But then again, I have seen you drive, so...
Two reasons:

1. I like living in Manhattan and everything that it has to offer.

2. I work in Manhattan and often my work hours are brutal (yesterday in at 730 am and out at 11 pm) so I don't want to tack on yet more time commuting.

I can get in all my fun driving on the weekends. Driving into Manhattan from the burbs or driving out of Manhattan during rush hour is not so much fun.

Oh, I was not really asking you that - I know better but now that we're on the subject, I have to agree with you on the commute part - driving in or out of the city has become a chore at ANY time, but peak hours - forget it! Its like the beginning of that movie "Office Space" where the guy with the "walker" is moving faster than the traffic.

Do you think a black roof will make it all better? I think so!!!

Guys I am so stuck on the matte or gloss, been looking at pics, I would love to have my whole car matte black, but as I am doing the roof, hood n trunk and leaving the rest titanium grey I'm thinking the matte wouldnt quite look right.

Its not the maintenance that I'm worried about, its the look, if i was doing just the roof I would definitely 100% do matte.

I present to you my evidence:
Matte (aka awesome):

Glossy (aka ghetto):

I move to motion to strike the gloss
