I do have a extra OEM black grill from a brand new MY '05 525iA (same as a 545i).

I love the chrome, especially on a black (dark) car.

I already ordered a pair of matte black grilles. I seem to like them more than the chrome. Especially with the shadowline trime.

I had these grills on my 2007 530 which was Jet Black and it made the car. Something so simple made such a big difference. It really makes the car look so much more aggressive. Good choice.
