I saw the following mod opportunity on ebay.
While I am a wheel freak, I do not know much about grills.

aggressive go for it that will be different than others 
hey mate it's only a grill so if you do not like them as you think you do now, just change it.I still have my full chrome oem bmw grills nice memory
blue and black is perfect otw here is a clue how blue on blue looks...
plz do not comment, its is the wide version, but when you add this color grill you have the same result
for get there is no grill just mesh it will be like that, blue with black is

My Ride: 535d Sport, carbon black, media pack, visibility pack, grey leather, heated seats, sun protection glass, voice control, Eibach ProKit, 19" 166 style wheels, e-maps ECU remap to 325hp and 640NM, top speed limiter removed
I do have a black grill on my carbon black car. I think it looks ace.
Much meaner on the approach. Full chrome would have been my other option.

The black actually looks pretty good (thanks for the picture). I have the #166 wheels (replica) with spacers, and I am lowering my car this weekend with H&R sport lowering (I have the non-sport package). The aggressive look is nice, and at a pretty minor price. The comments were right. If I don't like it, nothing major lost.
Keep in mind that Monaco Blue looks nearly black (most of the time). It is the Mystic Blue that looks blue.
I like the full crome grill on a lighter car, but my existing grill does not look that much different on Monaco
Blue.
