Black/chrome 550i sport exhaust tips on a 530

I got my hands on a free set of black/chrome exhaust tips from a 09 550i sport. They look sweet and I am wondering if there is any way creative that an exhaust shop could use those on the 530i exhaust which has smaller tips. Anyone have any welding experience that would know how to do that?
If I cannot get it to work I will probably just sell them. If anyone is interested let me know and if it does not work out I can sell them for 75 bucks.
thanks!

Here's what the exhaust on a 530i looks like. Item #7 looks like the tip cover.

Might be possible to perform a direct swap. A few adjustments or tweaks on the 550i clip might be necessary... If not, a good exhaust should should be able to remove your existing ones and weld the new ones.

Thanks, yes that is exactly what it is, the tip that slides on or rather the cover that slides over the tips. The tips are larger diameter on the 550 than the 530 is the problem but I am sure there is a way to build it up slightly or modify it-will have to look for a reputable exhaust shop. Thanks
