do a quick search, if i recall correctly on this forum and possibly M5 board there were some threads about them not being very responsive/taking money and not fulfilling orders...
i dont have any personal knowledge with them, but just reporting what ive heard.

Sadly I heard the same thing. However, I saw that in only one thread though in this forum. I'll check other forums as well. Hopefully I'll see more positive feedback for their sake. I would at least want to give a vendor a fair shake.

I had worked with bimmer retrofit in the past and they are still alive and functioning, however, they were NOT able to remove the SOS error code after I had my combox installed. Fortunately, PatryK was able to save the day and removed the error code. I would suggest anyone considering the CIC + combox combo to go with PatryK @ bimmertech, based on my experience they are more knowledgeable in the retrofitting department.
