Biggest Tires for 20x9.5" Wheels

Well I am odering 20x9.5" wheels for front & rear and want to know what you guys might think the largest tire I can go Without rubbing. I was thinking if I did 245/40/ZR20 I should be cool but I am not sure. The reason why I want the maximum size tire is so I can reduce some road noise and have a better ride. If you guys can post some pics that would be awesome.

I was thinkin same for front and rear so I can easily rotate and have no problems. Thanks for any info

My cuzn has that size on the rear of his s500 MBZ. He has nitto 555 extreme tire 275/30/20's.

the widest you can fit on 9.5 is 315mm. I don't know if they make 315 in 20" but you will no problems with anything less than that.

This setup will be 2 inches taller than the stock setup. Might work but I bet you'll have rubbing issues. Your speed-o will need to be readjusted too.
