This info is a bit wrong, because both automatic versions have 3.38:1 rear diff (545i has 3.77, 550i has 2.93), but i think the housing is the same, and since quaife doesnt affect final gear, this should be the right one. I checked my invoice, and the product code is the same.
also I found a new distributor for Quaife LSD thanks to Kevin from birdsauto.com .... Again in California! Lucky Californians!!!!

I was ordering LSD and they told me there is one in stock matching for 545iA however they asked me for some numbers of the FD Housing ??? I don't know how to find these numbers?????
