Thanks for the info Umnitza. It looks like replacing the front bumper is going to cost significantly more than expected. It seems regardless of which direction I go, I'll be in it for about $1K and I'd rather spend that money on other mods at this time. I'll definitely look into these options in the future.

Your 1K number is pretty accurate if you do the breakdown like this:
$269 (our cost of the bumper to you)
$350 (your local paint option)
$99 (shipping)
$125 (you pay someone to install it)
$99 Projector fogs
---
$942 roughly.

You can cut costs pretty dramatically to do this:
$269 bumper
$250 paint (our painter)
$99 shipping
$50 fogs (generic standard fogs)
$0 self install
-------
$668
