Best H7 Bulbs?

Really no such thing. All aftermarket H7 bulbs or even regular bulbs have a short lifespan, limited output, and poor color quality.
You can go with an H7 LED bulb kit, but it's not very bright. You can go with our H7 Xenix, but they don't last that long and are just an accessory light.
Best thing to do, if you want the best, is to wire up the Orion V2 for DRL operation and disable your high beam:

The Nightbreaker, Silverstar, Night Racer, X-Racer all are fantastic bulbs that improve visibility while looking better.
