i plan to finally attempt the eugene mod, but curious as to what everyone has found to be the brightest and best LEDs to use for this mod. i plan to wire the eyebrows to run as DRL, so i would like to use a LED that would let it atleast be visible during the daytime. atleast until i finally install orions sometime in the future to take over as DRL.

after searching i saw people used radio shack ones originally, but found better and brighter leds on ebay? someone posted they used these:

curious as to peoples thoughts, as i would hate to install some and find out theirs brighter ones, and redo it.

I guarantee you those will burn out in less than a month.

i used these for my build....no issues today and they look AMAZING (tho some will warn you about possible failure....which is actually a possibility, but i just took the risk)

Yah, I am one of the person that was hesitant to use LED strips, but seems like the one that TRB is selling is holding up well for people that are using it. Those Piranha ones though, just search info on them. They go out quick.

Thanks for the input guys.I think I'll message TRB about his LEDs and give those a try. I'll let you guys know, I'll try take before daytime and night time comparison photos for future searches on the topic
