Aux for IPOD

My Ride: My2004 545i Black,6-speed,recent bluetooth upgrade,nav,heads up display
I had our local Indianapolis dealer install Aux input for Ipod for my march2004 545 car.Also had a software upgrade to 23.0.
Aux works great but sprint bluetooth connection is worse after the upgrade. Anyone with bluetooth problems after the upgrade?
Our local dealer provides great service.
