No power outlets for the rear and none in the passenger footwell... No button to open the trunk lid from the drivers seat either... But we have a little storage compartment under the headlight switch...

And I think you have some spots for storage in the trunk that I don't have.

The trunk is the same like on a US spec car. The storage in the left corner (passenger side) comes with L7...

I am thinking about putting it by the PDC button at the center console.

Gecko, that belkin car adapter is nice. It has a pre-amp in there thus improving the sound and it charges the ipod for you. I have one in my FX35. I hope that I can get an AUX in so i can hook up my IPOD in my E60 as well!

Having this AuX In installed, does it require any software updates? I don't have Navigation and I have the Logic 7. Will it be possible to install the AuxIn?

If you want to use the Belkin, you also need 12v

Logic 7 incl Radio Pro I guess, if so so no problem
