AUX - Dealer will not install

My Ride: 05 530 Jet Black, Black Int., Nav, Sat, Comfort Seats, Xenon.
I Followed everyone's advice and got the Aux install kit. My dealer told me if I get the part, he will install it.
I bring the car in this morning and the dealer tells me that since the part is not approved in the USA, he will only install it if I sign a disclaimer taking full responsibility if anyhting gets fried because of the install.
I am a really pissed!!!!
Any suggestions?

Dealer just called. Said BMW approves the install. Monday they will do the install and software update. They will charge me about $220 for the labor.
We shall see.

Just picked up my car from Rallye in Long Island, NY. They installed it and it works great. Cost me $220 for labor + $70 for the part.
Now I don't know what to listen to, SAT or my IPOD?
Tough decisions.
