Aux audio input with navigation

My Ride: 2006 530si Sport, on a boat as I type!! Orient Blue, Beige leather, premium package, premium sound, cold weather, steptronic, power shades, fold down rear seats, rear seat heat, park distance control, navigation & Sirius satellite radio.
My apologies if this has been covered...I thought it had but couldn't find it in my search.
Anyway, I have a 2006 (I know, I know) 530i with Nav coming next weekend. Does the Auxilliary radio input (also referred to as the iPod input) work on cars with Nav?
I want it installed pre-delivery, but have it in the back of my head that maybe it doesn't work since I have Nav.
Any help??

I have a 2005 with Nav and have the Aux Input installed. I don't think this has changed in MY06.

My Ride: 2006 525i
Jet Black, keep my passenger seat extra clean after I(married/3kids) drop off my new mistress(half black/half indian gives great head even though I have Jock itch/yeast infection), don't want anything leaking from her crotch after I have my way with her
I have an 06 525i with nav and the aux input. All work fine.

Yep, dealer installed. He has to acquire the parts, install and set up in iDrive to be one of the available audio choices. If he appears not to know what u are talking about send him this package.

Thanks, very helpful and appreciate the PDF! I will pursue this with dealer, but I will probably be the guinea pig for them. Seems simple enough!

Today I was told by my dealer that there is NOT an iPod interface that works on 360's with Nav. I am assuming he is wrong based on all the feedback I received.
Should I just call service? Or can someone send me some ammo for him to believe me that the aux input will work on my new 530i with Nav.

My Ride: 535d Sport in Carbon Black / high gloss shadow line and beige leather / dark poplar with professional nav, bluetooth phone prep, CD changer, bi-xenon adaptive headlamps, servotronic steering, folding mirrors, heated comfort seats, TV, extended voice control and Logic 7 hifi.
There isn't an "iPod interface" (which implies control of the iPod) yet, you need to ask just for the Aux Audio input - and of course show them the PDF above

i have an '04 545i and trying to get the dealer to find out about this aux input?
They keep telling me it will not work since i have the navigation system. This is incorrect, right? Cannot handle the fm iTrip anylonger.
I even gave them the retrofit number on the down pdf someone included and they still argue this will not work. I keep ensuring they are looking for an audio in, not iPod accessory.
Any suggestions? Thanks.

Yes we hear all the time about one dealer or another saying "because of this or that it does ont work" Well it is all BS. Plain and simple it works on all E60/E61/E63/E64 vehicles, regardless of year, location - US, all or Europe (EU or no), Asia, Africa, S. America, etc - with no limitations on configuration (nav, no nav, changer, no changer, bus radio, pro radio). I am almost tempted to say with NO RADIO
But I won't. We had one thread that tried to list all the dealers that had done installs. Here was a llist started about US dealers.
