If the shop installed it right, they would have just used adhesive to attach the spoiler. If so, use a blow dryer to heat up the adhesive and use dentail floss to get it out.

After that, use a clay bar to remove all the crap on the trunk and put some glaze wax to protect it afterwards.

Just work it under one end then slowly with a back and forth "sawing" action moved it along the length of the spoiler , you'll find out very quickly how easily it wants to come off , if the floss breaks try doubling up on it , if it still breaks you need to get the body shop to take it off............ it really depends what type of adhesive they used ...... I know this method is very effective for taped on spoilers .........good luck

3M makes a General Purpose Adhesive Cleaner, product number 08987, that will not damage paint. Bought mine at an auto supply store that carries body shop supplies. ~$12 for a spray can. May want to give it a try.
Better yet, ask the guy who installed it, how to remove it.

Just rip it off really fast, just like you do with duct tape after you kidnap people.

I dont remember the last time I kidnapped someone. Or you can practice the motion by waxing a part of your body
