Anyone used Delsa Motorsports before?

After seeing pics of their acs roof/trunk spoilers on cars on the forum I went ahead and purchased (through Ebay) a set from Delsa Motorsports on Sunday. Paid right after the auction. They state they ship everything within 12 hours and provide tracking as soon as it ships but it's now Thursday and I've heard nothing. They have NO contact phone number on their website or Ebay, and I've shot over two emails with no reply (they also state they reply to emails within 12 hours). Just curious if any of you have used them before for purchases and if this lack of communication and delay in shipping the product (if it hasn't shipped) is normal? I'm a tad frustrated.

I wish you the best of luck. I e-mailed them like a week ago and have still not heard back. One of the members here actually recommended them. If you search you may find them. Maybe they are just really busy.
Usually flooded with junk so I empty it without peeking to hard

My Ride: 2004 jet black 530I, M-tech body kit, ac shnitzer roof and trunk spoiler. kelleners sport exhaust and pully kit on its way from germany.
I got my roof and trunk spoiler from them. I had no problems. There also can be just a hold up at customs from either country just over booked with stuff coming in and out.

You need to dig deeper in Ebay....they HAVE to have a phone number on file or they can register on Ebay....it's around the buyer/seller dispute area....you request their "Info" and get sent their address and phone number....now whether they answer or not..........

I have looked into them and did not pull the trigger because of poor reviews on other boards. Google Delsa, you will see some of the rants, story sounds familiar. At the same time I know some people on this board have had good results.

there are mixed responses. If you have problems make sure you do a thread to let everyone know what happened, and to stay away from them.
