Model Year: 2006
If the "fins" are a little more subtle I would use it for a quad setup. I think I'm the only one that like the OEM MTech rear for quads more than the M5 rear.

I haven't seen this piece in person either but if you are looking for a quality carbon fiber diffuser I would recommend you check out this E60 Mtech carbon fiber rear diffuser:
