If they're anything like the ones on recent Porsches, they are actually painted on. The Porsche sun visors are non-porous (either leather or vinyl) and you can use denatured alcohol (and lots of elbow grease!) to remove them. Since the E60 visors are a porous material, I haven't tried to remove the warning stickers, but if anybody has successfully removed them, I'd also be interested in the secret.

I've heard "Goof Off" works well but have not tried it myself.

Try "search" - I know it has been covered, by folks that did it. I personally didn't have the stones for the project. They, the stickers, have become just another item I ignore - along with the "lawyer screen" and PDC.

[/quote]Well, I removed the stickers on my e39 and my wifes Passat with goof off, and it worked great. I used a cotton ball and a q-tip to "paint" it on gently and they peeled off very easily after about 10-12 minute wait-no reisdue. After they were off I gently washed the visors with a little hand soap and they look great. I hope that helps, worked ok for me!
