Slightly OT here:
I purchased a pair of AIB V3.0 from their website (missed Father's day special by a week
) but I noticed they are not brighther than the ones I see on some newer 5ers on the road(advertised 5X brighter than stock 
) . Are those LCI angel eyes really that bright?

i am holding out 'til the LED version for our LCI comes out, i just chalked it up as a tough lesson learned and cross my fingers that LED comes out in the next two months. you're not alone pare.

Did you install the "beta's" just to see how bright it would it turn out? This is BS, I paid overnight shipping and I ordered the day after you, still nothing.

There should be a daytime pic in my gallery with the DRL's on. Daytime is probably the best test as they all look bright at night. I'll take a tighter shot this weekend if it's still a topic of discussion and yes, VERY easy plug and play. 5 mins per side. Oh, and did I mention the best part about it. $20
