OK here's the deal(er). I bought the lights from BMW Skjellet, http://www.bmw-skjellet.de/
The guy who sold me the lights is called Riccardo Sauer, riccardo.sauer@bmw-skjellet.de. He advertised cheap(er) OEM parts on a German forum: http://www.auto-treff.com/bmw/vb/forumdisp...&forumid=61 however he hasn't advertised in the last weeks (he uses the nick e86 I think).
Charles, you could send Mr Sauer email and ask whether he _still_ sells the lights for ?169 each or whether he could come up with another offer. You could mention you found his info on the auto-treff BMW forum and heard that someone (me) got the lights for that price.

I called around and found Herr Sauers phone number. He is off today, so I will call tomorrow.
