I couldnt wait, got mine installed today. Took me the greater part of the day, but ive never done anything like this before so id say thats pretty good. i screwed one thing up but kris called me right up and walked me though everything. got it working perfectly. this mod is by far the best mod ive done and will ever do. kris is a genius. this mod couldnt be better. everything is perfect, works great, controls are perfect, couldnt be more smooth. camera pic is great, all hardware is solid right down to the trunk lid button. if i can install it, anyone can. kris keep me informed on future products. thanks again!

It wasn't that hard to do, right?
Enjoy your new mod, and let me know if you have any questions

Any more info on the front camera? Have you guys evaluated different front cameras?
I'm interested in the rear camera. I may be interested in a front camera as well. If I go that route, it would be nice to install everything at the same time.

good find bro i just off the phone with a couple of dealers here in nor cal saying it would cost me 400 just to install the aux input.... so if this work and the hdtv receiver mentioned and dvd player above ... im ready to get all 3( full camera kit , hdtv receiver and dvd player ... so mentholguy is it possible if so.... im ready for the install with cash ready anytime...
mentholguy
Not sure how that system will be connected to your stock stereo system and provide aux input,
but if that system can be connected to stock stereo and provide aux input, then yes, you can still have my module and back up camera installed.
r9ndy
That system uses RCA cables + it requires a power tap. Does your interface have RCA outputs?
mentholguy
Yes my interface kit has RCA output as well,
so since its been answered on both parts... if i got this set up do i still need to get the aux input installed at the dealer?
