Because I really want to have the new Hartge 21" wheels and since these do not fit with the standard suspension (they would rub against the lower part of the spring plate) I am looking to fit a coilover set to my 525d. Does anyone on the board has these yet and if so what is the verdict? So far I have found five possible alternatives, 2 from Bilstein, 2 from KW and 1 from H&R.

Did anybody call? hehe.
IMHO, don't put 21's. That's way too big. 20's are pushing it already. 20's are already 1 inch taller than stock overall height. And yes I have the H&R coilovers. I'll post a pic. See the fronts?....that's the highest setting already. Maybe it'll be higher on the 525's and 530's due to lighter weight, but since your putting on 21's, there's no way its gonna work with H&R's. Maybe the other brands will work.
I don't understand why H&R's have so much tread to lower to. When if you actually go to those lower settings.......you'll be so tucking in the wheel so much that you will not be able to turn the wheel.

i must've taken the wheels off about 7 times each wheel when I installed my coilovers and adjusting the height. I'm so sick of it. lol. When i find the energy to lower it all the way just for fun, i'll post it. But like I said lowering the fronts to super-tucked on an e60 is a no-no. It's not the same as my integra when I use to tuck it 3 fingers.
