Anyone ever paint the chrome trim black?

How did it hold up and look? Any suggestions?

Yea I thought about the wrap but I wonder how good that would hold up. Is it easy to take off the trim?

It's not too difficult? I think there are some DIY threads and youtube videos showing how it's done? check out shadowlinetrim.com, there's a good .pdf document showing how to wrap them while they're still on the car?

good luck?

No sweat?

I would use plastidip. Much easier to do and not expensive. You can peel it off easily anytime you want.

But how long would plastidip last?

Until you peal it off or it gets dinged. It's pretty durable.
