I know this may rile up a bunch of people, but I'm going to say it anyway.
Just by chance, yesterday I parked my Titanium silver 550i right next to a newer Titanium Silver 550i. It had the M-Tech bumpers, and I realized how "rock'n'roll" they make the car look. They're not over the top, but I just don't want any "I'm a race car! Look at me!" parts on my car.
Maybe I'm just enjoying the relative anonymity of my car after driving 911s for the past 15 years.... Porsches are never subtle.
Anyone just else like the plain-Jane look better?
Aside from the bumpers, I did like a bunch of other things about the newer car: sport steering wheel, 19" M-wheels, and especially the LCI tail lights.

Watch it... That kind of talk will get you banned here... JK hahahahahaha
My guess is that 99% of the members here love the MTech look It really completes the car, and honestly I think the front of the car looks a little boring without it.

My Ride: 545i/6spd
Absolutely love the rear, far better than any other bumper out there for the E60 (including M5).
The rest I don't care for that much.
And I do have to say that some 911's aren't subtle (GT3/GT3RS/GT2/Turbo), but in my opinion the rest are.

My Ride: 2008 550I LOADED, all options except HUD and NV
I wouldn't ban him, everyone's entitled to their opinion. But for me, this is my 36th car and I have NEVER left one stock. Stock is so dull and lifeless to me, the more stock my car is the more I feel like a drone just going from flower to flower.

My Ride: 2006 Titanium Silver 550i, with all the bells and whistles!!
I wouldn't call a stock 550 'plain Jane', (it is a very elegant and sexy looking car in a class of it's own) but I like that it just looks like a nice big sedan and doesn't give any visual cues that it is sporting a 360hp v-8 under the hood! That is how I came up with my name...my car is a sleeper...not many cars on the road that can keep up with it, but the average person would not know that from just looking at it.
That said, I do also like the M-tech bumpers, but my car is more utilitarian for me right now. I like that my boring front bumper does not scrape on parking curbs

If m-tech is too "Vin Diesel" for you, then this one got to be "Superman" on steroid.
