Anyone buy Ebay black-out kidney grills or CF grills?

My Ride: 2009 DINAN 135 convertible
I have thought about getting the all-black/no chrome front kidney grills for my TiAg 545. I thought it would better match my shadowline trim.
I basically can spend $100+ at some more "upscale" places, or I can spend as little as $25 on Ebay. I have thought about getting the ones that look like they are carbon fiber.
Anyone know anything about the cheap ones on Ebay? advice?

I bought my Carbon Fiber kidney grills on Ebay, and I love them! 
They make the car look different than all the other E60's around my city. I've had no problems with fit or finish, and the only "difficulty" is installation. As for installation, there are a couple of "How To Do Its" around this forum. All in all, it was an inexpensive mod and looks great to boot! 
So I give it two thumbs up 
and strongly suggest doing it to your car as well!

Yeah dude, go for it! I bought some black outs for my 530i the other day and when they came in they looked great on my all blacked out Bimmer! Although i wish i would of searched a little more and bought the carbon fiber look alikes, but anyway well recommended.

I got my kidney grilles from Vertex Racing (they sell on eBay too). They are one of the pricier vendors, but their fitment is as close to OEM as you're gonna get with replicas.
