I agree with you 100%, I'm also waiting just like you bro. I would love a refund and never stress about it again, but instead I'm here with 20 dollar bulbs and out 300 bucks.

Did anyone actually install what they claim a "Beta Version"?
I have a beta version along with HID fog light bulbs and did not even open them.
If I install the beta version, do I get any errors ?
Anyways, I hope AIB can provide us proper customer service.

OK I am going to try to talk to them again tomorrow.
If I can not talk to them, only thing I can think of is they are avoiding calls intentionally.
Just hope they pick up the call and I can solve the matter out.
Will keep it updeated.
