Angel Eyes Not a right enough need suggestions
I just bought a 2008 535i, and I bought cheap $10 Pink LED bulbs, it is a nice color but it only lights up the 1 smaller circle brightish and barely lights up the second larger circle. I then decided to buy a pink H8 HID kit for the angel eyes and when I put that in it just flickered for awhile and then went out. I was able to get them to work in the fog light area but idk why not in the angel eyes. I read around a little bit and saw something about you have to run power to the battery? This makes since, since when I plugged them in originally to the angel eye it was flickering like it wasnt strong enough or getting enough power. Any suggestions? Do you think I can I use the kit I have and just run power to the battery? If so how do I do that? If not or even if so does anyone know anywhere I can get a reasonably priced bulb/kit that I can get that is available in a bright pink color? I am looking to be able to see both rings lit up in the day and night. Without throwing any codes.

Yes
Yes pink, girls like pink and I am a lady so pink it will be. All my cars have had pink headlights from my Civic to my Evo and now my Bimmer will have pink angel eyes...hopefully.
And yes I know about John and his shop but it's 2 hours aways and with my schedule its going to be hard for meto get there. I was hoping that I could get my kit to work...or find a reasonably priced kit that I can buy. Mostly everywhere I look it's only white, yellow or blue and I don't know if they're even meant for this car, b/c the kit I bought causes my dashboard to light up and chirp it's warnings every time I start the car.

Melinda, if you read a bit more on this board, you'll learn that for this car there are a lot of checks as far as bulbs go. So it's not just a drop in kit that'll work for the H8 HID angel eyes... unfortunately.
