Angel eyes from the German eBay?

Hey fans!
I want to get better angel eyes for my E60 from ebay.de. Can anyone recommend a set that has been tested and that's not too expensive (up to 70-80 EUR if they are really bright)?
Also, my car doesn't have xenon headlights, does this make any difference?
And is it really so easy to upgrade the angel eyes? Only changing the bulb/LED/whatever?
