My Ride: 2006 525XI | Cold Weather Package | Premium Package No Mods Yet

How can I have my Angel Eyes light only the rings while driving?
I have a 2006 BMW 525xi

I would asssme the drls are active? If so, you'll have to take the car to the dealer to have the drl's deactivated

Thanks, would you happen to know how much it would be to get them turned off if there it a fee?

think it depends on the dealer....when I got my car the drls were shut off. I had the dealer activate them. I drove it around for a week or so, and decided I didn't like them, so I took it back and had them deactivate them. They didn't charge me either time......but from what I have read on here, some have said they were charged. Call your SA and he/she should be able to tell you

not for the pre-LCI e60. THE DRL is the high beam bulb as well. If ur still under warranty, tell ur dealer to turn it off. I know u live in Bklyn. I went to BMW of Bloomfield in Jersey which is about 45 minutes away but they turned it off free for me when i was under warranty. Call me if u have questions and I can help.

OK I am confused now guys. I can turn off/on DRL in the iDrive menu. But like John said this turns on the high beam bulb as well. How do I just run the AE?
