On an LCI car, the best and brightest way IMO are HID angel eyes. They work and light up the best. The nicest color temp is 8000K. I have installed H8 HID angel eyes on several e60s and M3s with great success. I also have LED interior lights with panels, HID fogs conversions, and LED license plate bulbs which will all match the color you want.
