Angel Eye Error

Ok, my newly installed LED angel eyes are having an issue. I started up my 550i this morning and the display said right front parking light malfunction. I just checked it and sure enough, the LED bulb is going on and off randomly...mainly off.
I got these on ebay and will contact the seller. But is this common?
