Nope. No impact on warranty whatsoever. Keep your OEMs safe in case you ever need to revert back or need to sell and keep your AE bulbs!!!

+1 dont throw the old 1s away keep them safe and install them back if you have to just take 10mins.

im in the UK i have a 2004 with xenons. but the side lights are yellow - any one selling he angel eyes i need to change mines or know where i can get some

ppl may say this is the easy way out but the difference between these bulbs and the orions or mtech light mods / rings are very very different i have done this with other bulbs and tried the led bulbs they all give the same sort of result and does look awsome at night but in day light there crap

don't forget that these bulbs that the OP is reffering to are for Halogen headlamps, while the orion and mtec bulbs you are referring to are for xenon headlamps....
