I emailed the guy and he said.....They are M5 rims....they came on his 2007 M5 and they are 19's.
Just wondering if this is possible?

The rims in the picture are obviously not 166m wheels....also just read his writeup...hubcap covers?...
Here is a great set of wheels I took of my 2007 Bmw M5. Made in Italy. They look just like the M6 wheels but these look better because they don't have the hubcap covers like the 6 series. This set is clean. Only chip and some blemish due to dismantling of the tires. They come with all center caps as shown. I am sure they will fit other model BMERS but please check to make sure. This is a rare case because these are 19 inch x 8. The lug pattern is 5x120 and size 19x8j with ET20. Please make sure it fits your car before bidding. Sold as is. Shipping insurance is optional but very highly recommended. Sorry I will not ship internationally or to Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Alaska. Sorry about the inconvenience. Good Luck.

I thought the 124s were made by BBS in Germany. The trademark inside the wheel where it says "Made in Italy" has what looks like a "JW" or something. Are these knock-off 124s?

those are definetely 124s. i have the same ones. inside it should say BMW, BBS Germany. plus they re 18. i doubt u can get them 19s as an option on m5 as the 166 are the standards.
but the rear M5 threw me off.could it be he's parting out his M5?
my thoughts are he parted out some E60 with M-kit(with M5 rear) that had an M5 badge and he thought those 124s were on an M5.but hes saying they re 19, so maybe its a scam.if ur planing to buy, ask for inside picture of the rim. this will reduce ur risk

He may be trying to pull one over on you by sayng.....well what exactly is he saying?? His auction doesn't make any sense, unless he put up the wrong pictures or something. I had those wheels too, and while they could be made in Italy, I'm pretty sure the 124s were produced by BBS out of Germany. One big tell tale sign these might not be OEM is that they're no pictures of the BMW part numbers or of the letters "BMW"
