My Ride: MY2005 545i SMG/Sport Pkg., Silver Gray, Gray Leather w/ Anthracite, NAV, Premium Sound, Cold Weather Pkg., Active Cruise, SunShades, Sat Radio
I'm looking for aluminum pedals for my MY05 545i w/ SMG but cannot locate any that specifically state they are for an E60. I found some listings for E39 vehicles but I have no idea whether they'll fit. I also found listings for E46 (M3) pedals but again no clarification whether they'll fit. Anyone with knowledge??
Also, is the brake pedal on an SMG narrow (as typical on a manual trans.) or wide??
Thanks

I may just opt on a set of aluminum pedals on ebay.
They may be replica/fake ACS or what have you, but they're still metal and they look good. Since your just going to step on them with your feet, I feel for the price that it's a good buy.
Not sure how the brake pedal on the SMG compares with that of a manual, but it shouldn't make much of a difference since you'll have to drill either way.

Just a bit worried that it'll look a bit out of place with the poplar wood.
