All Rims Bent

My Ride: 2009 535i
Well had my wheels force tested today and all of them were greater than 80lbs!!!
I just ordered a brand new set of 172s from Tischer and I am in the process of trying to get a refund on my 172s from Detroit Wheel and Tire.
They are being really tough in getting my money refunded and blaming me for the bent rims.
Those rims from DW&T were supposed to be refinished, not ever bent, etc.
Anyhow, I will never buy anything but brand new when it comes to the BMW again.
