I am looking for a good air filter for my 535d .
Have got contact with K&N but they do not have one for the 535d
suggestions are welcome

Hi, why for diesel, we do not need any sportfilter!!! Believe me, even after remap the ony thing is to change it to a new, but on diesel makes no sense and only waist of money.

No question asked here is stupid. The sport filter is a tool for maintainance, not for performance, the gain is always 1-2 hp, so that is not worth mentioning, what is good for petrols 530i-M5 they can after 5, 10 .000 kms wash it and no need for replacement. The air flow is better too.
For sound it is the exhausts, even for our diesel when you have yours you will hear a nice deep constatnt massive bass
, while not that annoyingly LOUD as Eisenmann, spec. the Race

I think you'd be very very lucky to see any measurable increase in HP on any engine simply by changing the air filter!!!
