Installation pretty much same for both, but ICE v2 Provides extra wiring, so ppl can do DRL setup.

Outside and Inside garage shots during Day:
Final Output of AIB V3 on both sides (looks like my hands were shaky when taking it lol.. It happens after u remove & reinstall 2 headlights ):
Close to almost dark inside my garage
(projecting lights to white wall to see how much stuff I can see w/angeleyes lights alone.. Before w/ ICE v2, I couldnt see the shoe racks before on the wall):

THE WINNER is ..... CustomAngeleyes AIB v3
Runner up.... Umnitza ICE v2
Failed ... BMW OEM Angeleyes
Comments:
Not sure if ICE v2 vs AIB v3 comparison is valid, due to $60 cheaper for ICE v2. Also since AIBv2 is supposively same as AIBv1 (many confirmed), I guess its valid we compare AIBv3 -to- ICE v2.
- AIB V3 has very solid feel to it, fits inside OEM compartment very nicely all the way in, there is barely no gap.
- As you can see in pics above inside my garage, AIBv3 is 1.5x Times brighter than ICE v2
- AIBv3 can be seen slightly better in day light compared to ICE v2
The milliondollar question now is... Is the higher brightness + no wires hanging out + solid metal feel = Worth $60 more? May be...
I had to drop DRL Concept (the whole reason behind having 2 wire outputs) from Umnitza... I kept thinking it would be close to plug/play and would be hidden somewhere.. I dont think I will hang wires around in front. When I visit dealer for any service/repair, once they see these DRL wires/taps around, first thing they will blame is.. "You messed with electronics" even though the prob is some mechanical problem. I live in NewJersey, and dealers are PIA bigtime!!!
So unless AIB/Umnitza comes up with better way for DRL functionality, which looks like not possible talking to AIB.. making Angeleyes as DRL idea is gone with the wind
So, thats it guys, so know we know which is brighter and better.. I will leave it to you guys to make the call if $60 more is worth it for you for 1.5x more brightness.

Coolguy, thanks for all your work on this.
I have been trying to decide on this mod and the conflicting info was causing me to hesitate.
