Default Aftermarket Windshield Wipers?

Anyone have any experience with aftermarket wiper blades? I found some OEM blades online for a good price but I was wondering if there were any alternatives.

Thanks in advance.

I just got Rain-X (Rain-X: Outsmart the Elements | Wiper Blades, Windshield Treatments) for one of my other cars and it has been great. Using it now during the cold winter and glad I made the change.

Is your other car a BMW too? I saw some that fit my car but didnt know how they would work compared to oem.

the duralast flex from autozone work great and fit perfect. i know the sizes are 24" and 22" but they go by spc-h and spc-j or something like that if you look at the labeling.

I have Valeo Ultimates, which work great compared to OE.

Funny, I installed the Bosch OE model (Bosch Icon) on my wife and daughter's cars (non-BMW) and they love it.

I've always run Bosch Icons on my cars, and my previous 330. Let me first say that they work fantastic, no streaking whatsoever. I attribute that to a very firm wipe due to the spring rate of the wiper blade. That being said, the Bosch's are LOUD. I simply got used to the noise, but I suspect most people won't. I'm about due for a blade change, and I think I'm going to go back to OEM, because those worked just as good but were SILENT.

the duralast flex dont make any noise for me. they sell this like clayish thing at autozone that you apply to the windshield to help make the blades glide better, also cleans it a bit. never seen it before but worked great and a small amount was only 1.99
