Every aftermarket option seems to be made for only the halogen factory models. Anyone know any good aftermarket headlights or a lens cover with the eyebrow for this headlight.

Probably because there is no upgrade for adaptive HID headlights. A properly operating Bi-xenon (HID) adaptive headlight system is pretty "un-upgradeable", in my opinion.

Get with this guy on Facebook. He does a great job with redoing your headlights. It costs around $900 but definitely worth it. I'm having mine done by him. The only bad part is you'll be without until he finishes. There's other on FB that does them too

When I hear "upgrade" I think performance, not cosmetics. Will any of those after market headlights out perform (variable focus, down the road vision and non glare to oncoming drivers etc) the original variable HID? LEDs allow for more freedom in cosmetics (which is purely subjective), but I am not sure that they outperform the original headlights.

I don't think he is looking to upgrade. I'm thinking he just wants better looking assemblies since he did reduce to lens covers. I don't think any aftermarket will out perform the original quality but while looking for a solution for 10+ old lens being clouded you want to look for the best options available for what you are looking for.
Mine are getting simply redone. I had a cracked lens and wanted my AEs to show more in the daytime for DRLs. Everything else I'm keeping as is.

The only thing that is going to be better than the factory xenons would be a proper retrofit; Good aftermarket or a newer OEM xenon/LED projector with better lens/cut off. But they are NOT cheap and not even sure if they work with the adaptive function.

correct, upgrade projector or at least clear lens. just completed a clear lens swap on my oem adaptive xenons and its night and day. next step is a full projector retrofit once I figure out which projector I want to use. (now that its easy to open the headlights after removing all of the permaseal and switching to butyl lol)
OK, I will chime in, as much as I enjoy the vision of the Xenon headlamp assy, I do not like having to replace them due to the wiring coming apart. My question is this since the halogen assemblies are much less expensive is it possible to downgrade to those assemblies?

no point of purchasing halogen headlights.
