Aftermarket Front Control arms with Bushings

Not to rain on your parade, but AFAIK a/m bushings and NYC roads don't get along. Especially, on German cars...
I'm sure its not the same as Audi in many ways, but when I had my A6, I replaced control arms with a/m and they failed after a week. So I had them replaced under warranty and they failed the SAME DAY!!! Again. And the seller (a local shop) just flat out told me to go and buy OEM parts. He didn't refund me either. That was a "great" experience... hope everyone else can avoid it...

yeah i know, the bushings that came with the aftermarket control arms were suspect lol. so i replaced them with BMW OEM Bushings which were 80.00 dollars. still saved some money.
