Hmmm what does this amp replace? i.e. the amp that drives everything but the subs? Or the amp that drives the subs only? Can the 4 channel version do both?
+1 . me too would like to know.. Thanks.

Well, I certainly think that it's possible I'm just not getting it, but I'm skeptical that this amp can drive the entire speaker system like that. It seems to me that you
are tapping into the head unit, and the head unit sends only a signal to that little amp in the back (to power the subs), and from there the little amp drives the
subs. So how could this amp override all that and drive the entire system? Maybe I just need to try it out and see if I can deduce what is happening. I
definitely would like to beef up the amp that drives all but the subs (I already beefed up the subs amp).

So if you change the speakers and add this plug & play amp, you should have a pretty good sound with out having to cut wires
