Thumbs up

I have been told, by the body shop (independent) that the stock fog lights do not fit in the Aero Kit front bumper - is this true?

My frustration level is through the roof as I have been without my car for 5 weeks and they claim that they need to order the correct fog lights!

I feel like I am being bulls*(@ted!!!!!

This body shop came with incredible recommendations and I wish I had just taken it to my dealer and I would probably have had my car back weeks ago.

Sorry for the rant!

My new M kit came with brand new fogs, or at least the lenses. I think they all do.

Unfortunately, it's true. You do need different fog lights with the //M-Aero kit.
This can be confirmed (which I have already done) on the BMW parts list.

Good Luck.

Yeah, if you ordered the complete M Kit, then everything, including new foglights would have been included. If you only ordered the front bumper, then you probably would have to order the foglights separately. I would think the dealer would have know though and should have told you.

It's not your body shops fault. Then again, 5 weeks to install the kit???? How long does it take to order the foglights?

I suspect your body shop is telling the truth. Good luck soon though.
