Advice on Black replacement front grill

I just took delivery on a 2010 Carbon Black 550i with M package.
The OEM grill has got to go.
Do I go with Carbon Fiber or Black Matte?
Any recommendations on places to buy from?
The CF seems like it would be cool because of the lightweight material, but the color seems a little funky.
Which one should I go with??
I also take it that the 15mm rear spacers will be the right size. I have 20mm for my old 530 with #166 wheels, but that is probably too much for the OEM #167s.

My Ride: F13 M6
matte black in my opinion, goes well with the shadowline trim as well. I can get those as well as spacers too for you. but with OEM 167 wheels you shouldnt need spacers as rear offset would be ET17 unless they are the offsets meant for the M5. if they are the M5 offset rears, 12mm should do it, or you would be fine using the 15s you have since it would be the same offset as the 166s.

So people do not put spacers on the OEM 167 in the same way that they use spacers on the OEM 166 (M5 version)?
The wheels look like they could use a little outward movement?

My Ride: 2008 550I LOADED, all options except HUD and NV
I just did my grilles this weekend - gloss black, matte is too common and I HATE being common, so I went with gloss. So far very happy with the results, just need more clearcoat to bring the gloss out more.

matte black or paint matched would be nice, cf is too much unless you plan on doing more pieces if cf later. i have matte black and i love it.

I had black color match grilles, but then switched to carbon fiber when I went on a cf frenzy.. get cf if you plan to do some other cf accents..
