I don't have any issues with drinking coffee on my KW V2's. I think your shocks might be set too stiff. When I first put on my coilovers, I had the front set to maximum stiffness and man... it felt like I was driving on unpaved road. Softened up the dampers and it rides as smooth as stock sport suspension now.

Unfortunately, I've confirmed that the Bilsteins are set at the most comfortable setting. It could be geography - I live in the middle of Boston, an old city with old streets full of pot holes and frost heaves. My reaction may be very different if I was driving in sunny southern CA.

Amateurs! We have potholes big enough to attract tourists in the summer.

Hell I just wish that they made coilovers for my car but I have to settle for the H&R's that I got.

I always thought San Francisco was more closely associated with a "different" hole! oh nevermind!

Big thanks to Hinckley! I met up with him earlier today and let me test out the Bilsteins as I'm looking to upgrading my suspension. We drove around the city and I was totally impressed. His car looks and handles great! The suspension felt firm but also provided a comfortable ride on the rough streets of Boston. To me, it was just as comfortable as the sport stock suspension. I think Hinckley has warmed up to the coilovers and there is no looking back. If you are looking for a suspension, this is the way to go. I will be adding this to my list of mods to come.
